Respond to customer inquiries on MMEL, DDG, FCOM/QRH, FCTM, and ferry flight requests, providing on and off hours support.
Coordinate with engineering teams and technical pilots to develop detailed responses and document work with good technical details.

Salary
Associate (Level 2): $104,400 - $127,600; Experienced (Level 3): $126,900 - $155,100; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid/unpaid time away from work.
