Job Summary

  • The purpose of this job is to provide consistent employee/labour relations support that fosters positive colleague relations to create an environment where individuals and teams can thrive and deliver high performance.
  • Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) on strategic initiatives and organizational changes, including workforce planning and restructuring efforts.
