Job Summary
Evaluate the validity of claims, verify documentation, and ensure they meet warranty requirements to be recognized by the factory.
Coordinate necessary resources for maintenance and repair programs, including major and minor components and labor, to ensure adherence to schedules.
Analyze management indicators for preventive maintenance, backlog, component changes, unforeseen events, and scheduled repairs to control and track operational plans.
