The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both residents and staff

Job Summary

  • Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Report all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
