Job Summary

  • To carry out financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and manage activities related to Group Companies within the limits of corporate policies, accounting standards, guidelines specified by SEBI, and the Companies Act.
  • Prepare all MIS reports based on information received from legal entities and ensure the monthly/quarterly reports are diligently prepared and all tasks are performed within timelines.
  • Ensure compliance of all statutory and implement corrective actions as brought out by the audit observations.
