Job Summary

  • The Pricing Team's objectives are to improve value capture from new and existing customers, to elevate the success of our sales force through better pricing presentation and negotiation, and to maintain pricing integrity as Workday grows market share across all industries and geographies.
  • As a member of Workday's Pricing Team, the Director will play a key role in shaping Workday's monetization strategy, reporting to the Vice President of Product Pricing and working closely with Product General Managers and Strategists, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales Leaders, Sales Systems, Deal Operations, Finance, and Legal.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $178,800 USD - $268,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $151,000 USD - $268,200 USD; If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $159,000 - $238,400 USD

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant industry or consulting experience in pricing
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy or product management
  • BSc with top class academics
  • Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • High level of proficiency in data analysis
