DXC Technology is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Delivery Lead to oversee the governance and delivery of a large-scale Workers’ Compensation claims platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Australian Workers’ Compensation legislation and experience in claims systems delivery, while contributing to a culture of inclusion and innovation at DXC

Job Summary

  • This role is essential to ensuring change is prioritised, validated, tested, and landed safely into operations during an active system stabilisation phase.
  • Working closely with the Assure Product Owner, Developers, Business Analysts, Service Desk, and Learning & Development partners, you will act as the single front door for business change and incidents, safeguarding operational outcomes, compliance obligations, and release quality.
