Job Summary

  • The Occupational Health Nurse-LPN provides focused nursing care through the assessment and treatment of occupational related illnesses and injuries within a poultry complex.
  • This role maintains Federal, State, and company recordkeeping for OSHA and Workers’ Compensation, completes post-offer drug screening and reviews medical histories and other required forms.
  • Partner with workers compensation adjuster, case managers and providers involved in the provision of care to injured employees for all worker compensation related injuries/ illnesses to resolve claims in a timely manner.
