Key Requirements

  • Master's degree plus one year of professional experience in prison education programs
  • Bachelor's degree plus two years of professional experience in prison education programs
  • Three years of professional experience in prison education programs
  • Equivalent combination of post-secondary training, education and/or professional experience
  • Knowledge of higher education in prisons
  • Ability to integrate knowledge of multiple complex systems
  • Ability to connect day-to-day functions to program and university goals
  • Written and verbal communication skills
