Job Summary
The position will support the RBS Site Leader by executing RBS actions identified in the site's CI roadmap and collaborate with operation’s team in the effective application of Regal Rexnord Business System tools in site operations.
Works with Operations’ team in executing the 1-3 year Continuous Improvement Roadmap for the site, focusing on key performance initiatives of Safety and Sustainability, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.
Support RBS Site Leader in conducting Lean training and implementation of a Lean toolkit: value stream mapping, pull systems, Kanban, SMED, Kaizen, Heijunka, etc.
