As a Team Chief, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you lead a team on planning, preparing and executing Warfighter exercises in support of the development of training programs.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to the client's Military and Senior Mentors alike, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to Warfighting Exercises, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations.

MEL 1 War College or equivalent
