  • Maintain up-to-date Heartist records, coordinate performance evaluations, contract preparation, and relevant statistics, while ensuring the HR management system is effectively updated.
  • Provide professional support and guidance to Heartists on employment-related matters, conflicts, and discipline, while ensuring compliance with hotel regulations and labor laws.
