Job Summary
The role partners closely with Facilities, Network and other teams to support AV and infrastructure designs for new office builds, relocations, troubleshooting existing installations and data center initiatives.
Responsibilities include oversight, coordination, and scheduling of hardware installations, tier 3 support for conferencing technologies along with designing, documenting and publishing as-built documentation for the support teams.
