It is the responsibility of the cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
The cook must maintain the kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner and prepare meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
This position requires standing and walking frequently and lifting up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
