The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and the Nursing Service Procedures Manual to maintain high-quality care.
Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop discharge plans, and manage medication administration including narcotics and automatic stop orders.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of PCC preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
