• The Restorative Nursing Assistant provides restorative nursing services that assist the resident to restore, improve or maintain bodily functions to the highest degree practicable in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• The role involves performing responsibilities with all identified residents including range of motion exercises, ambulation, dressing, grooming, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Documentation of care provided and resident progress is required, along with reporting observations and changes in resident condition to supervisors.
