Job Summary

  • This role supports a high-volume Urgent Care Resource Call Center, managing approximately 200-400 calls daily, and requires flexibility for holiday and overtime coverage.
  • Employees may be expected to be on-site for initial onboarding/training, with the role becoming fully remote after successful completion.
