Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
EPA Universal CFC certification required
Minimum of five (5) years plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall repairs, carpentry, and/or pool/spa maintenance experience
Minimum of two (2) years’ service and supervisory experience
Financial acumen/experience writing and maintaining budgets
Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage)
