Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA Universal CFC certification required
  • Minimum of five (5) years plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall repairs, carpentry, and/or pool/spa maintenance experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ service and supervisory experience
  • Financial acumen/experience writing and maintaining budgets
  • Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage)
