  • Essential duties include maintaining a safe, orderly, clean, and sanitary kitchen and cooking area, preparing tasteful meals in large quantities, and following prepared menus and portion control guides.
  • The role requires the ability to prepare special diets accurately, record food temperatures, and participate in the orientation and training of dietary staff.
