Job Summary

• Primary accountability for this role is to provide quality competence support by solving complex technical issues identified on equipment and spreading technical knowledge through the organization.
• Responsibilities include delivering timely and precise fault finding and troubleshooting of lifts on site, communicating with customers, and creating/processing cases in the Kone Technical helpdesk tool.
