This role involves driving a strong EHS&S culture, ensuring compliance with various regulations, managing EHS&S KPIs, and integrating EHS&S into daily operations.
The position also includes managing facilities operations, vendors, preventive maintenance, and construction projects, ensuring all work meets safety standards and operational needs.

Salary
Base: $150,000-$160,000; Bonus/Equity: eligible for bonus/incentive pay; Benefits: comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k)

Key Requirements
High school diploma with 8+ years of experience OR bachelor degree with 5+ years of experience OR master degree with 3+ years of experience in EHS and Facilities management
Previous leadership or management experience including project management
Experience driving projects using lean and six sigma or other problem-solving tools
