Job Summary

  • This role serves as the voice of the customer during production meetings and partners with Sales to meet requirements and grow sales for Factory Direct and Enterprise accounts.
  • The manager will develop unconstrained unit forecasts for the S&OP process and drive team performance towards key metrics like Order Acknowledgement Cycle Time.
