The ideal candidate will possess extensive recruiting experience, particularly in India, and will play a strategic role in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. **

Job Summary

  • This role will partner closely with our HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to develop a long-term strategy to hire top talent, improve processes, develop, and implement creative pipeline strategy.
  • Responsibilities include developing comprehensive recruiting strategies, talent market research, talent pipelines, and recruiting talent in the Asia, Middle East & Europe (AMEE) region.
