Job Summary

  • This role will oversee three critical teams: Consumer Onboarding, Account Setup, and Account Access & Recovery to ensure customers join easily and securely.
  • You will be responsible for driving measurable outcomes such as conversion rates and eliminating drop-offs across complex regulated flows like KYC and profile creation.
  • The position offers the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team of 3-4 PMs while collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and compliance partners.
