Job Summary

  • The Account Manager will be responsible for ownership of Mixpanel’s top accounts, acting as a day-to-day point of customer contact and a strategic lead focused on relationship excellence, deep value realization, and consistent growth.
  • Responsibilities include being a single point of contact, developing strategic account plans, driving business reviews, identifying and managing expansion opportunities, and handling renewal negotiations.
