Salary
Base: $20.00 per hour / $40,300.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: +10% Bilingual Skill Differential; Sign-On Bonus for P&C or Personal Lines Licenses: $1500; Potential to earn up to an additional $7,500 in monthly sales incentives
