Job Summary

  • This role will coordinate AI-driven initiatives across Business Process Owners, Sales, IT/IS, and Digital teams, translating business challenges and customer journey insights into impactful AI-enabled solutions within quotation, pricing, and order management processes.
  • While you initially join ABB, you will transition into our new standalone company following the planned carve out and ownership change to SoftBank Group.
  • The position is part of the Commercial and Pricing Excellence team and plays a critical role in shaping how ABB Robotics leverages AI to modernize commercial operations while maintaining strong governance, global process alignment, and measurable customer impact.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree
  • Proven experience leading AI initiatives
  • Experience in ERP or large-scale transformation
  • Mandatory CX/Service Design/Journey Management experience
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Solid understanding of AI technologies
  • Strategic, structured, execution-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English
