Job Summary

  • The Jefe de Mantenimiento Electromecánico de Empaque is responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous functioning of packaging production equipment while minimizing downtime and guaranteeing quality and safety according to Unilever standards.
  • This role leads continuous improvement initiatives using the UMS methodology, manages maintenance teams, plans and executes preventive and corrective maintenance, and oversees budget and investment projects in the packaging area.
  • The position requires close coordination with multiple internal departments and external contractors to optimize maintenance processes and support new project implementations.

  • Budget management experience
  • Intermediate English proficiency
