Job Summary
Peer Bridgers serve as mentors, demonstrate personal self-help and wellness skills and provide validation and support to individuals.
Using evidence-based peer interventions and working collaboratively with the team, Peer Bridgers are actively involved in promoting recovery, self-determination, and shared decision making.
