Assist the Activity Director in running a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the interests and needs of each resident.
Participate in planning and conducting various group and individual activities, assist in developing monthly calendars, and maintain attendance records.
Assist with discharge planning, activity care plans, resident assessments, and arranging transportation for residents as needed.
