Job Summary

  • Lead the overall operational, financial, and strategic performance of the Salt Lake City site, including responsibility for profit and loss, balance sheet performance, and operational results.
  • Build a strong site culture aligned with Moog’s values of mutual trust & respect, teamwork, and long-term development.
  • Partner with the Business Unit General Manager in customer engagement, ensuring transparency, operational readiness, and delivery performance.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or related
  • 10+ years progressive leadership in electronics manufacturing
  • 5+ years electronics manufacturing and 5+ years high-reliability production
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality systems
  • Experience leading diverse teams and developing leadership capability
  • Requires access to U.S. export-controlled information
