Job Summary

  • You are accountable for the full range of return-to-work services for employees who have incurred a non-occupational illness or injury, advising and coaching management on disability claims and absence management.
  • You collaborate with employees, supervisors, union representatives, managers, Labour Relations, medical community and insurance carriers to support return to work and accommodation issues.
  • The HR Business Services Branch operates as an internal consulting practice, providing proactive, strategic and operational advice to managers and staff in various HR areas including disability management.
