Job Summary
As a Sr. Consultant on the Encapture Services Team, you are the person who transforms the promise of accurate and efficient document processing into reality for financial institutions.
You own the full implementation lifecycle for your assigned customers, acting as the primary relationship holder, business analyst, and trainer, driving requirements discovery, solution configuration, UAT management, and customer training.
Your work spans configuring the Encapture platform to meet specific customer needs, developing and delivering training for end users, and building trusted advisor relationships to identify opportunities for expanding the customer's use of Continuous solutions.
