Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable standards and company policies.
The Maintenance Assistant performs routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs to ensure resident comfort and convenience.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident protected health information and report any suspected violations promptly.
