Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Securities Industry Essential (SIE) certification
  • Series 7 and 63/66 licenses required
  • Knowledge of Regulation T and 15c3 rules
  • Experience with Bloomberg TOMS platform
  • Fixed income and equity trading operations

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to de-escalate high impact situations
  • Strong problem solving in complex environments
  • Experience training junior level staff
  • Working knowledge of mainframe trading systems

Key Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of financial operations experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of brokerage account experience preferred
