The Global Maintenance Intelligence & Innovation Lead is responsible for driving the adoption of advanced maintenance intelligence, predictive analytics, digital solutions, and innovation across all CSL Behring sites.
This role leads global efforts to modernize maintenance practices, integrate data-driven decision making, and leverage new technologies to enhance asset performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
The position partners with site maintenance, reliability, engineering, digital, and operations teams to transform how maintenance is planned, executed, monitored, and improved, always aligned with CSL’s commitment to quality, patient focus, and global standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field
7+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering
Experience in a manufacturing, biopharma, or highly regulated environment
Experience implementing predictive or condition-based maintenance programs
Experience working in a global or multi-site, matrixed organization
