Job Summary
Contribute directly to the Airbus Industrial strategy by defining and managing site projects, identifying key deliverables, goals, milestones, and resources with key stakeholders.
Lead project management of key projects in different Site Functions to ensure project outcomes deliver tangible benefits and enable sustainable long-term performance.
Support the establishment of the central Project Management Organization by acting as a coordinator for transversal initiatives and driving the upskilling program for the PMO community.

Key Requirements
8-10 years experience in Project Management Officer and Project Management Activities
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Business, Management preferred or equivalent experience
Proven experience in leading Transformation and Improvement projects
Experienced in LBIP+ and Project Management methodologies in Airbus
