Job Summary

  • The Staffing Coordinator performs administrative duties including composing sensitive correspondence, proof reading and editing materials for accuracy and clarity, gathering and interpreting information to develop reports, maintaining department files and monitoring department budgets.
  • Coordinates staffing for inpatient units, verifies census and adjusts staffing according to set ratios, and arranges coverage for ill calls, leaves of absence, vacations, and any other staff-related problems.
