Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) and member in good standing with a state bar association
Minimum 7-10 years of claims management or complex business litigation experience
Appropriate state insurance adjuster licenses or ability to obtain shortly after starting
Proven experience handling shareholder class actions and employment discrimination claims
