Job Summary

• You will provide clinical and operational leadership for the Young Adult Complex Disability Service ensuring delivery of an efficient, effective and clinically relevant service.
• Manage day to day clinical operations of the YACDS staff, approve roster changes or staff re-distribution where applicable, monitor and support team activity achievement, manage recruitment activities, staff orientation and staff performance development and management.

Base: YY7 Grade 4A Registered Nurse ($107,962.40 pro rata); SC31 - SC32 Grade 3 Social Worker ($104,135.20 - $107,796.00 pro rata); VG3 - VG4 Grade 3 Occupational Therapist ($104,135.20 - $107,796.00 pro rata); VW6 - VW7 Grade 3 Speech Pathologist ($104,135.20 - $107,796.00 pro rata); Benefits: Salary Packaging

Key Requirements

• Minimum of seven (7) years’ post-graduate experience
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a relevant field
• Current AHPRA Registration where applicable
• Bachelor / Masters Degree in Allied Health
• Eligible for membership of discipline professional association
• Current National criminal history check
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Working with children's check
