Workday is seeking a Renewals Manager for its Specialised Products division in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves executing the renewal process for a portfolio of specialized product accounts, negotiating terms with customers, and collaborating across teams to minimize churn and drive financial outcomes

Job Summary

  • Execute the end-to-end renewal process for a designated high-volume portfolio of specialized product accounts globally, ensuring on-time closure and minimizing financial attrition (reducing churn).
  • Serve as a primary owner working with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Deal Operations to resolve commercial roadblocks and ensure seamless deal flow.
