Candidates will develop final work orders detailing processing steps, component parts, and technical aspects while utilizing Caterpillar Production System principles like 5S and Continuous Improvement.

Experience in welding and fabrication operations

Basic knowledge of GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)

Key Requirements
2 year degree or equivalent or 4 yr degree
Welding/Fabrication experience
