Job Summary
The role involves providing comprehensive resident care including assessing needs, developing care plans, and monitoring outcomes under the direction of a Nursing Coordinator.
Candidates will supervise Health Care Aide staff, perform direct resident care, and ensure accurate maintenance of resident health records and charting duties.
The position requires advocating for clients, educating residents and families on healthcare issues, and participating in interdisciplinary team reviews.
