Travelers is seeking a Senior Analyst for Product Underwriting Rules to support the development and maintenance of underwriting policies across commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will have a background in programming, product rules, or underwriting, with strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities

Job Summary

  • The Product Operations Underwriting Rules team collaborates with business units across commercial insurance on all variables associated with policy refer/decline rules to achieve risk, financial, and strategic objectives.
  • Responsibilities include leveraging and maintaining business-controlled rule engine/technologies, designing and implementing rule structures, updating product UW rules, ensuring adherence of UW practices to defined requirements, and resolving issues.
