Key Requirements

  • Degree and/or experience in Kinesiology, Physical Education, Recreational Therapy, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, or Gerontology
  • One (1) year experience in conducting older adult group activities
  • First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
