Job Summary

  • Responsible for overall implementation of MEAL Approaches including but not limited to – development of MEAL Framework, MEAL plan, MEAL tools and guidelines and execution of participatory monitoring and evaluation approaches.
  • Provide leadership in planning & implementing the MEAL system making it an essential management tool allowing the project team to assess progress against benchmark.
  • Lead the over-all MEAL capacity building for MEAL & MIS Assistant and project staff.

Key Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Statistics/Development Study/ Social Science
  • 8 years experience in humanitarian and development fields
  • 5 years experience in M & E including impact evaluations
  • Proven knowledge/experience in designing, planning and implementation of MEAL interventions
  • Experience in electronic data capture
