The role involves completing assigned work orders, the make-ready process for vacant units, and assisting in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.

Salary
Base: $22.00 - $24.00/hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus programs; Benefits: Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match, etc.
