The position requires conducting nutritional assessments, presenting in-service education programs, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.

Key Requirements
Graduate of approved dietary manager’s course
Minimum one year long-term care dietary experience preferred
Knowledge of PCC software preferred
Maintain continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
