Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • 1+ year of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Analytics
  • 1+ year of experience in Excel or Google Sheets
  • 2+ years of experience in Compensation, Finance, or Analytics
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories
  • 1+ year of experience with Workday or Workday Advanced Compensation module
  • 1+ year of experience in SQL
  • 1+ year of experience in Python
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
