Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Navigation of quality databases like CABS SHARP PRISM
  • Reviewing engineering drawings and Bill of Materials
  • Ensuring AS9100 Quality Management System compliance
  • Physical control and disposition of non-conforming material
  • Regular interface with Defense Contract Management Agency

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with as built reports in CABS system
  • Strong interpersonal skills for difficult conversations
  • Six Sigma or ASQ Certification
  • Experience negotiating with factory management
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards

Key Requirements

  • Active transferable US government Secret security clearance required
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for clearance eligibility
  • Ability to obtain ATF clearance prior to start date
  • BS degree plus 1 year experience or equivalent experience mix
  • Manufacturing process experience in assembly inspection or test
